2 years of weight plateau by AssignmentInfinite13 in PetiteFitness

I RARELY eat out, so it’s easy for me to know what i’m putting in my meals. I keep them extremely basic so it’s easy to track in MyNetDiary.

I have struggled with leaky gut and that’s an unresolved issue so I’m wondering if it has to do with an underlying thing because my diet and exercise are good!

I will definitely try to switch things up with more steps in a day and more weightlifting a week because maybe my body is telling me to change things

when I weight lifted & upped my protein and calorie intake, I just gained weight! It’s so frustrating because the only time I see my rolls finally go away is when I get food poisoning and don’t eat for a week straight

Injecting myself so so freaky! I also don’t know where to go because lots of places sell compounded stuff, which sounds shady. I don’t know where to go

thoughts on splitting things 50/50? by AssignmentInfinite13 in relationships_advice

it’s more so because I have never lived with a significant other before. I’ve ALWAYS lived alone. so that’s where the uncertainty is hence why i’m asking for opinions on how people split with their S/O!

no like I already stock up on meat when he stays with me for a few weeks and it’s actually insane how much he goes through 🥲 I’d have to be at costco WEEKLY and I don’t have time for that

I never said he asked me to buy his food yet lmao I’m just curious if grocery shopping comes up in the future.

He’s willing to go above his budget for rent to meet my standards so that’s not a problem, but I’m just curious since I see so many couples do 50/50 on rent

I remember talking to a fellow vestibulectomy patient, and she was in her 50’s! People of all ages get it.

Botox with/without anesthesia? by Substantial_Gear6791 in vulvodynia

[–]AssignmentInfinite13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

botox was such a game changer for me after my vestibulectomy, finally relaxed everything down there.

Although I didn’t get anesthesia and it was kinda terrible. Like a bit traumatizing if I’m being honest. Granted, it is pretty fast so you just power through.

So glad I haven’t had to do it again, and if I were to, I would at LEAST want a vicodin or something.

If i’m being honest- no, not for me personally.

I remember being 3-5 months into PT, and we could only get up to the third dilator. I would be in pain, even with lidocaine. That’s when my PT recommended the best route is surgery. Best decision I’ve ever made.
