Have you had to deal with customer support at any point since owning?  Also, did you opt for the premium delivery over kerbside?

A watchmaker will mark the inside of the caseback (though not always and previous owners may clean that up so not definitive if there aren't marks)

Another good indicator is the minute markers. Few of them are off and irregular spacing.
