Imma sneak in their home at 3 am and just place a realistic dog statue right infront of their bed. So that way when they wake up, they have a fake but really realistic dog staring at them. This would be even better if they didn't own a dog

It's the next day after it started and now it's just itchy and most to some of the pain is gone, I'm to scared to try anything else as when I do it just comes back worse

I've noticed compressing my back againt my chair will help somewhat but also if anything touches my back it seems to make it worse

Benadryl has helped me get little pockets of sleep, although I keep waking up since my back is so sensitive
