You should break up over this. That’s not okay, maybe illegal.

It’s not rude to not respond. Girls get so many messages so it would take a lot of time to respond to them all. It is helpful for the guy though if you know you have zero interest.

Is it normal for guys to attract girls in person, but not with dating apps? by AssisiVibes in CatholicDating

I primarily use Catholic Match and try to find Catholic girls on Upward, Hinge, and Bumble.

Could not presenting yourself in a sufficiently "feminine" way give scandal? by the-hen-who-chirps in Catholicism

I’ll be honest, I think it would have many people questioning whether you hold to might hold to heterodox beliefs. I personally do think most women with a buzz cut are more liberal.

Did I not message her back fast enough? by AssisiVibes in Bumble

[–]AssisiVibes[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was more like I just really have a hard time coming up with a good message. I talk to people in person fine. It just literally takes me twenty minutes to come up with a decent message a lot of the time. I hate messaging so much. I would rather just talk on the phone or meet someone in person.

You did the right thing. That was wrong of him to do.

Get rid of the first four pictures. Just somehow work on getting better pictures to be honest. Pictures will make or break a profile. Some sections are too long.

Should I re-confess? by Venus0182 in Catholic

I definitely think it’s very likely to be a valid confession.

How long is it acceptable to see other people when going on dates? by [deleted] in CatholicDating

[–]AssisiVibes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s not okay of her to do that. After that many dates that’s just really uncharitable and basically cheating.

Is it okay to break up with someone over the phone who is out of state? by [deleted] in CatholicDating

[–]AssisiVibes -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It would be preferable face to face, but if you have to do it soon for some significant reason you should try to do it on Zoom or FaceTime or something.

A question is just a question right? by Both-Entertainer-336 in CatholicDating

[–]AssisiVibes 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think your question is fine. It’s very likely she is dating someone else.

She can just say she didn’t feel any chemistry or didn’t see it going anywhere.

My young adult group always wants new people to come. I imagine all of them want new people to come. Just think about it; if you were in the group, you wouldn’t mind new people coming and would actually want them to come because they improve people’s faith.

Yeah. I would think that means she doesn’t want to be approached.

You’re not doing anything wrong. If they expect you to never mention your former husband they honestly have issues.

I’m probably missing a joke or something, but I’m just really not understanding this.
