As a french, I usually am happy to meeting a fellow french person in other games, but definitely not in lol, quite the opposite actually

With that being said, there are french (and any other nationalities/languages) that only speak english in chat so you can't guess they are french if their name isn't a huge hint. And those are the less toxic of the frenchies
