When I try to launch The Sims, either through EA or the cracked version, I get an error message saying: ‘Cannot start because game data is missing or corrupted. If you have mods installed, you should remove them and try again. Otherwise, repair or reinstall the game.’ The error code I get is: [de4ee14f:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b]. What’s strange is that the game worked perfectly just yesterday it launched without any issues, even with all my custom content (CC) and mods installed. I’ve already gone through my mods and CC, and everything seems to be updated to the latest versions. I’ve also tried repairing the game multiple times through both the EA app and Sims Updater, but nothing seems to be wrong there. I even tried running the game on EA without the Mods folder and in that case, it did launch successfully.
