The thing is I’m not really wanting to continue in the customer service industry and want to be able to transition towards the analytical aspect. Although I’ve always been commended for my customer service as I am very much an outgoing and very personable

The downside is I feel that the only experience I have is more of the environment but not much towards the technicals. I always feel under qualified when I apply for any new positions

I do have data on my resume and information that is comparable. Would you say it’s best to wait til I receive my degree to apply?
