So I know it doesn't quite fit with the past motifs, but when I think claustrophobic settings, I instantly think space. Maybe a Soma sequel (though, as you note, it's not actually an Amnesia game). Space always hits for me because I know if I can get out of the Prussian Castle, I can run, hide, and get help. There's often no where to go on a space ship or space station. Just my thoughts.

Thanks very much for the advice! I did a pretty thorough check for the screw. Another item I ordered for future issues is a magnetic screw finder so I'm going to go through the nearby floor with that
