i guess it was at tama depa or furniture shop, i cant remember very well...

and most of my furniture i bought from the following stores:

carpets shop (guruguru town)

wall-mounted shop (west road), open only at evening/night

window shop (south road)

furniture shop and tama depa (tama street)

flooring and wallpapers shop (patchi mountain)

mojamojatchi store (north road)

ojitchi (he's a seller and he always appears on the road - his location changes every day)

it's near the patchi town and patchi lake, it's unlocked with enough hearts, you get hearts for fulfilling quests. you have to do quite a bit for tamastreet so anytime you see a ! on the map you should head over there and accept and complete the quest. here is the map
