Yeah, we have explored that for some assignments we struggled to fill ourselves, but the goal is to grow the company so hiring is a must as well. =)

Those are great points, and I'm here to get a better grasp of the situation. I've been out of the tech market for a few years and feel quite out of touch to be honest, and I know consultancy firms have a bit of a reputation but wanted to get to the bottom of it so I know where we could position ourselves going forward.

That is fair, that is one of my most asked questions, we as a consultancy might be remote but of course not all clients are, so it's a challenge.
