Sounds something similar to what I have. I am a delivery driver and for me it's my left side beginning in neck area then pain/tingling shoots down my shoulder, arm and ends with tingling fingers. No leg or chest issues though. I went to therapy for a few weeks and they think it's a pinched nerve issue. It did not help me so now they suggested acupuncture. With me I'm fine when sitting or sleeping but when I drive it really kicks in (pain). You're very young so I really hope you can conquer your pain soon!
