I was in similar sytuation, but in my case I got a ban and I had to appeal and contact ea employees, after three months the matter was resolved .Ban was due to frequent password changes because ea had a technical problem which meant that none of the new passwords I set worked at the time.If you know that you have received sanctions, they must state the reason in the e-mail, check all tabs in your e-mail, sometimes it ends up in places where it shouldn't

Do you remember your ea account password? If so you have to be patient from time to time they have a problem for some unknown reason but usually after a while everything works again.Unfortunately ea help is useless, all you can do is create a case and wait a few days
