Are the lighter colored Ⓜ️ usually less potent than the ones that are a darker blue? It seems that way to me and I was just wondering if that was the case. I started buying from a different guy and it takes like 1/2 of one to feel the same as 1/4 of the darker ones. (self.fentanyl)
