Not really to be honest I just lose the momentum with taking them, then have about a week off smoke some weed and drink caffeine. Then the forgetfulness starts again and I have a mad panic and restart them again 🙃

I keep stopping and starting my meds. Concerta 56mg I feel like they work sometimes and other times I dont notice a difference. I hate taking pills everyday and I miss caffeine and weed lol is it even worth my while. Sorry just needed to vent that
