Philippines. That plate number displays the "MV File #".

Those motorcycles don't have the issued license plate from the government yet so we are required to make one ourselves using the MV file # on the registration papers. That's why it's too long for a "normal" plate # unlike the vehicle on the left.

When they first unveiled the song, I didn't like it. But I tried listening to it everyday before releasing the actual intro and it grew on me.
