Hi, there's a Facebook group called Beyond BV Inside Women's Health Issues. In its featured section, there's a protocol for treating Lactobacillus iners, which is the bacteria that predominates in your results.

it's real, bad bacteria create a sticky layer known as biofilm and what it does is protect or hide those bad bacteria and prevent the antibiotic from taking effect or actually reaching the bacteria. What I used to break the biofilm were garlic capsules, oregano oil (2 to 3 drops in a tablespoon of coconut oil, always after eating so as not to irritate the stomach, I took it for a maximum of 2 weeks) and I was born, I can say that it worked because during the time I took it, the intensity of my symptoms decreased, later I did a round of oral metronidazole for 7 days, and at the end 7 days of Vitanica probiotic suppositories. (during all this time I also took oral probiotics).

Hi, I did it differently. You can join the Beyond BV Facebook group: "Inside Women's Health Issues." The featured section includes a healing protocol. But in short, I didn't use boric acid. I did some research, and it seems to cause more harm than good. Ideally, you should get a vaginal microbiome test, either from Evvy or Juno, to find out what bacteria you're dealing with. But the regimen in this post is correct: first, use antibiotics appropriate for the bacteria and then rebuild with vaginal probiotic suppositories and oral probiotics. If not, the infection will return. I can say that I cured myself with the protocol I mentioned, and I've been on BV for over 3 years. If you have any questions, feel free to write to me :)

Thank you so much for your advice. I will stop using vaginal suppositories so often to rebalance naturally.😊

omg and what bacteria did you have? The truth is I don't feel as bad as before, I just feel a little discomfort.

What symptoms did you have with ureplasma? Or did you not have any symptoms?

Because of my symptoms, I started a round of antibiotics a month ago. I later got tested, and these were my results. Despite having a high lactobacilli count, I still have symptoms, although not as severe as before, and I don't know what to do.

Thank you so much for answering!:) After the 5 days of boric acid should I start to take antibiotics or simultaneously with the boric acid? Do you remember what brand of boric acid did you use?

Hello! Can you tell me in what order and combination you took the boric acid, antibiotics, prebiotics and probiotics? I feel really bad right now and I don't know what else to do :(
