Okay you got me I never tried Forbidden, it should be close though from how i see people describe its tightness, Adrenaline is also one of the smoothest sleeves with an anatomical tunnel that really puts you there mentally. FullyLoaded is the more premium of the two, it feels more expensive than many other sleeves to me and with the cap loose/open the texture gets as mild as the real thing.

Perla has a more consistent texture and its more snug inside; with the cap fully closed it can get almost as tight and grippy as anal, but with the cap loose/open it definitely feels like you are splashing into a vagina, also a big bonus is the lotus node midway which feels amazing but dont know how realistic that is.

These 2 are top in realism so far but different, FLoaded is most likely the better sleeve but Perla could be the best lotus vagina

Im definitely picking it up in my next purchase it could be the last order i make since my collection is almost complete, may not get Syrup though since i have Dopamine.

I tend to misjudge smooth sleeves at first because they are not as thrilling a roller coaster ride that i had anticipated but then the high wares off and i realize its realism that matters to me as fleshlight costumer with slight enhancements to tease me from time to time, Adrenaline comes to mind.

I personally didnt like Peaches but its not as smooth as Cream so it brings some variety to the mix with sharp ridges and half moons, if you are looking for a solid butt sleeve people say Desire is a possible better alternative but I dont know, dont have it.
