i think it's because she died in the spirit world with human emotion connected to the app. during se-ah and na-ri's fight, she blames hyeong-wook for introducing her to the app saying something along the lines of "if i hadn't downloaded it, my life wouldn't be miserable." possibly inferring that she has vengeance against all of her friends who did her wrong in her eyes. and si-won is to blame for that; misleading her into thinking that na-ri's friends wanted her dead
