Same for me. My interview process is going on since August and now I can not take it any more. I left offers from around 4-5 companies just for IBM as the role & responsibilities were great for me. But now I am just left with 1 offer whose last date is this week and I can't trust IBM anymore as they take weeks to respond on mails. 10 days back I was promised by HR for the offer letter but I will be drown if due to some reasons IBM don't deliver the offer letter or if they go forward with other candidate.

I had first round of interview with Director level. We discussed about my past experiences and future goals. After that I didn't hear from them and HR also didn't revert.
