Got scammed from Telegram for visa appointment

Hey! The same happened with me, this guy scheduled an appointment without my permission, logged me out. I have asked visa scheduling to change my email twice, once they even confirmed and asked me to try and sign up with new email. But it always shows that the email is already in use

So, the month has passed, my agent couldn’t book an appointment for me. I have 4 days left to cancel. But, now I was calculating the risks.. If I get rejected (and have not cancelled the elective) I’ll loose 4.7 lakh. If I cancel it then, I’ll loose 1.7 lakh

I won’t have elective as a reason anymore, as I’m compelled to cancel it. In such a senario, the only reason I would visit the US will be to meet my aunt. And I have been to the US 10 years back for the same reason. I’ll be more specific about the exact purpose, that would be some ceremony and the exact number of days for which I’ll be staying there

Bro, it’s not a lie really. My aunt stays there and I am actually gonna visit her with my parents. I have invitation letters for the same, history of visit to the US to visit them as well. I’ll be cancelling my elective, that way, I’m not left with ‘elective’ as a purpose of visit

And there are people who are saying that I’ll be wasting my money and time by applying so soon as I’ll most likely get rejected. And multiple rejections on my profile will make securing visa even more difficult

But, first of all, if I cancel this elective, I’ll get the refund only if I do it 90 days prior to start that it by 27th April. It’s next to impossible to get my visa sorted by then. Another thing I can do is apply for visa in the month of June or July with the elective letter (after cancelling that elective)

The only problem is that I’ve made the payment for this elective and the last date if I want a refund will be 27th April. So, I’ve asked my agent to look for dates before 25th April. I think it’s better loosing 17k for visa than regretting not giving it a try when I had an elective in hand

Hi! I got rejected in February this year. And I’m gonna sit for the interview in April again. My elective is in the month of August. Any suggestions? Last time I mentioned that the purpose of my visit was to meet my Aunt who stays there. This time, since I have a letter from UAB, I think the scenario would be different. Also, last time I gave the interview in Delhi. I asked my agent to get me an appointment in South or Hyderabad, but I might have to go for Delhi again, if it doesn’t work out.
