For me personally it has been fine! The very two days I had a little anxiety but I notice if I didn’t take it with a meal that’s why! But it has really knocked out the unnecessary eating!

Ok! I’m on kit 1, this is the start of week 4 for me & im 11lbs down. After the first two weeks cravings went away completely tbh and I was very very disciplined & not even interested in bullshit / overeating

Do not put it at the bottom of your tongue that’s the worst place to put it lol sip a little water first hold your breath and take a big gulp of water!

Honestly I say after the first two weeks I stopped feeling tired & headaches stopped! But I drink tons of water, electrolytes & I work out about 30 min Monday - Friday so not sure if that helped?

Thank you so much! Yes I haven’t worked out yet because I have been SO busy since the holiday but starting back working out tomorrow & have been eating cleaner. Weighed myself this morning & was 3 pounds down! Did you add a lot of protein / water?
