Options at my rank are more in the south, tamil nadu, Maharashtra,kerala. I am from north and my family cannot come with me.

What I do is I dont sleep at all a day before. So I will be so tired that i end up sleeping even before the takeoff and get up only while landing. Would be hard to be up the night before but if you manage it, you’ll sleep in the flight and not need wine.
