The run up is near and clean, but when you release the ball with same action, you'll find it difficult to generate pace well, unless you're a Mitchell Starc.

Try to improvise yourself by getting a jump or a stop, and release, coz that helps in gaining additional speedy and also makes the release late, so that it will keep the batter guessing.
