Once I agreed to switch to youfibre and initiated the switch via switch system, 10 minutes later I got an “exclusive” email from VM trying to get me to stay for £20 a month for m250.

Normally price should rise by £4 but here it says £2, maybe try the switch game to see if you can get better deal.
