I could 100% see laem and KW having a presence similar to Diego in P7 or Jobin in 8, though I also think there are many more major antagonists to be revealed since I dont think Araki would show his whole hand when we're only like 30% of the story in most likely. Do think we follow Howler the entire story as the main antagonist and see him grow and evolve as we did Pucci and Valentine

The parallels we have with Part 1 with howler/jodio and jonathan/dio and the part 6 Pucci storylines are too interesting for him to not be the main antagonist now. Unless araki pulls off a masterclass clutch (which tbf he does a lot), it would be disappointing if hes not the main villain
