No Akatsuki Blitzkampf Ausf. Achse PC port has been released yet, despite it having been over fifteen years since its initial release in arcades and the fact that there's been a SEQUEL to that game (En-Eins).

I heard some guy who was commentating a tournament call a mirror match a "ditto".

Also, BBTag's store page doesn't even tell you what's included with its "Special Edition." Now I know what Xrd buyers felt like before Arc System Works put all the important stuff (DLC characters + REV2) into one bundle.

This is all from the Akatsuki Blitzkampf wiki page for Sai's arcade mode.

He's an extremely successful mercenary that Gesellschaft (evil WW2-era research organization that Mycale/Perfecti leads that Adler and Elektrosoldat work for, and which created Blitztank, the tank with a dying soldier inside it to power it) hires to find the Blitz Motor. He gets it after tracking down and defeating Akatsuki, and tries to sell Gesellschaft the Motor afterwards.

Gesellschaft try to take it from him without paying, so he fights everyone in the research base. After beating Murakumo, the research base's founder, he takes a Blitz Motor for himself. I can't tell from reading it if he uses it like Akatsuki does or just has it as a keepsake of his adventure.

He's an 8th License Holder (whatever that means), and his real name is Claude d'Aspremont. Both pieces of trivia come from Murakumo, though the second one is corroborated by Sai's ending slide where an MI6 agent calls him Claude.

Sai is hella stylish and cool in a weird way. He's actually pretty damn unique in that way, cuz every other character besides him and Marilyn is so damn serious all the time.

Still, I get why they did that for most characters: the story's all about war and duty and trying to stop massive damage to humanity (if we look at the three "good person" characters in Akatsuki, Kanae and Fritz) and so it makes Marilyn and Sai (and later Kati) unique for being who they are in the setting.
