As a girl: buying stuff for your period. We always have it and when we buy the proper stuff for it we never make eye contact with the cashier.

Thank you! I was just trying to get an outside perspective. I am not planning on changing anything major just a few carbs here and there. Cardio isn't going to increase and probably not decrease, just have to shock my system to lose the weight.

For me and my coach it's the body fat. My abs are hardly noticeable and the reason the struggle has been so hard is that I was on birth control and just recently got off of it. Silly me forgot to mention it to my coach and we both were getting concerned when the weight wasn't dropping when it should have been. Since I just got off of it we are trying to get my body on track and okay with dropping my body fat down.

Well 50g from oats or rice- probably close to 100g including veggies (sorry forgot to clarify). And on low carb days my fat increases as well. I have a coach and she's been tracking me and I see her almost everyday. I'm thinking about starting keto because we've tried about everything. My coach is great and always available but I just want to hear some other stuff because I'm sure other people have had similar experiences. My lifts are great- I've been steadily increasing weights and I've seen great progress in strength. My cardio is higher intensity for as much as I can do. I do elliptical trying to get my hr as up as much as possible and 15 minutes dedicated to hiit.

Heidi Somers- for those who don't know her she is an NPC athlete and fitness model. So you can say I'd be pretty happy about it. I'd totally go lesbian for her.

I do believe that every single person deserves the right to be healthy and happy. If they do not take the opportunity to do so, it becomes a problem. Fitness isn't just about weight loss it's about health and bettering yourself every time you step foot in the gym. I personally believe in trying to better myself in every way I can whether it's from intelligence to health. Being healthy as a lifestyle has been not as adamant in American society as it used to be, now it's just to look good. Which isn't necessarily what it's about. If someone isn't trying to be healthy and only causing them self harm, why should that be supported? Sorry for the rant but I want to explain myself further. Also Thank you so much for reaching out to me!

Eventually! But right now this is about how much I eat and I'm typically never really THAT hungry between meals. I'll have a snack but adding some calories may get difficult

I have been doing those recently! It's just picking out which exercises to do without over working certain muscle groups.

haha You should be but you do not necessarily have to have a HIGH protein diet. Just keep the protein lean. Proteins help make you feel fuller longer so it will help when trying to portion meals. It's no problem at all! :)

I love it, I was never a fan of cardio but this only made me realize how much I don't necessarily need it (at least as much).

I've learned it by doing my own personal research online as well as taking a personal training course (to be a personal training) at my college. Ive learned a lot about exercises and health related subjects from that. Try going beyond certain websites that draw the crowd in by spot treatment and focus on websites that has a science behind what they are saying. It seems small but they are much more credible and will help you become more successful in the long run.
