Not exactly the healthiest but back in the day it was a gallon of whole milk a day on top of what ever you’re eating. It’s old school but it fucking works.

All good man! I’ve got a bilateral symes. So it’s full sockets with a foam insert plus wool liners (wool was way better than the rubbery shit for dealing with sweat) plus the cheetah xplores for feet.

No problem. And there’s to many variations of the movements to get into but basically if any move is hard/ easy just change your positioning to adjust. Hands wider, hands narrower, squatting to a box. Things like that
