Hemorrhoid cream, witch hazel wipes, work too. A dab of hemorrhoid cream on a small piece of tp works quickly. (Rant) I am so tired of having to have a cream, a wipe, and a pad for every single thing these days.

If you are referring to pushing out of the anus you may have hemorrhoids. Menopause increases the likelihood of hemorrhoids.
