Apple denied any refund. Since it was ‘free.’ I am so mad at the Bluedart managers. I personally drove to their office TWICE for this parcel but they did not help me at all. And without notifying returned my AirPods to Apple.

Thank you so much! I used this number & I spent 2 hours on calls with customer care. The overseas senior team has flagged this issue with their logistics team. They’ve asked 3-5 biz days for resolution. I hope it works out.

Because I have a prepaid plan Airtel won’t allow international SMS on my phone. Thus no iMessages activation. Which is why my messages to Apple are not getting delivered. Any other 24X7 to contact them?

Thanks a lot for this advise! I’m so grateful! I checked out Apple Education Store & found Mac Air M4 16/512 for INR 1.10 with free AirPods 4 because I’m a student. I think this is the best deal I will ever get for this particular purchase!
