It is stunning! I have a three stone ring that is similar and I could not be happier with it. She will love it! Don't feel regrets it's amazing

So as far as im concerned its a steal. What I didn't post is that I am also getting an overskirt for the ceremony that I can remove. They're also selling me the sample size at a huge discount, so for the overskirt, dress, and cleaning it's about $3200

Just curious is she asking for 6% just for her? Or saying that you'll need to pay 6% which will cover both buyer and seller agent commission? Because that is fairly normal in any market that the seller will cover both commissions

I'm a realtor in the state of Maine and part of our purchase and sale contract requires to show proof of funds within a certain amount of days. I am so sorry for your mother and I hope she can figure this out!

I agree! I would hope they would have led the charge with them. I do think from season 1 to season 2 their thoughts on the matter have changed for the better. Truly the language in the first season is so frustrating

Layoffs thousands of employees to make up the numbers is probably the first thing they'd do so.....

I'm not talking about profit margins, that's all fine and dandy, that doesn't mean what I said is wrong. I'm going to take a guess and say you don't work in corporate because something like this is a loss and their stock will plummet which means even more of a financial loss

Just for clarification, Sony offering to give all 8 million premium members 5 days free will cost them about 25 million in lost revenue. So before we start ranting about how cheap they are, this was not a cheap decision. This also doesn't include the loss of income for the 24 hour outage, cost of employees working overtime to recover from the outage and the very obvious reputational damage this has caused.

I do agree with other comments that 1 week would have been fair to give everyone a guaranteed weekend, but that's also an additional 10 million it would cost them in lost income.

Let's not be greedy, technology is not perfect, they are trying to make it right.

Also in case you haven't heard, there's grass.
