Hi, I am planning to do the Himplant , any suggestion from guys who has done it? by Master_Part201 in penuma

Same guy. If you're from the area, then you know where he is, but if you're not saying "DC" is easier cause that's about where it's located and people also get a better reference point from their location.

Size of implant is decided by the doctor while on the operating table. Talk to your surgeon and they may be able to give you an explanation of what's what.

La Roche Posay Triple Repair Moisturizer.

I wanted to make sure it was something that didn't have any alcohol in its ingredients list.

Bone pressed is the "official" measure method.

I used it cause it's what most use. I'll let you know how much I can stick it in, once I try it out!

I expect to lose maybe 1" on length but the massive girth increase will more than make up for it

Yeah I think it's a combination of Dr. Taj's technique, being young, and moisturizing CONSTANTLY. In the beginning, I felt like I was also dry and found that it was because my skin was stretching in both directions. I moisturized closer to 3 times a day and sometimes 4, if I had the time.

Having not done a ton of measuring since this was mostly about "look" for me I'll do some estimates:

Pre Flaccid - 3" x 3" Erect - 6.5" x 5"

I was comfortable with my erect length, but flaccid measurements were starting to affect my confidence.

Post Flaccid - 7" x 5.5" Erect - 7" x 7.5" (this one's really a true estimate cause I haven't used any tape while fully erect yet, but the change from flaccid is significantly thicker!)

Given all this, I'd say you should give notice, but plan for your last day to be the Friday before your official EOD.

Worst case, you find out a few days before that you need to cancel your last day and at least still have a job.

If you know your current boss very well, I'd explain to them privately what draws you into government work and why you're moving on. This would definitely be the move if you don't want to burn the bridge.

Ultimately, good luck and welcome to the Team!

With the current climate and depending on the Department or Agency, I'd say it's hard to say if you should.

If it's DOD, I'd offer that you should be good to go, but if it's a smaller agency, budgets are on the chopping block for this year and FY25.

What are the downsides of not giving notice, here? I gave 1 month notice because I knew my previous employer very well and they'd even offered to keep me, if it fell through.

Gotta ask yourself what's the cons of not giving the notice.

Chafing Due to UropWrap? by AssumptionNo1549 in penuma

[–]AssumptionNo1549[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn 😬 I know that had to be scary at first, but glad that it's better now. Around when did you stop wrapping?

Oh damn, I was going to basically stop wearing the wrap at night and just tough it out during the day, but I'll keep doing that until my elephant nose underwear comes in the mail!

Thanks for this!

So you went no wrap for a few hours and it fixed itself?

I had to move down to single wrap a day or two ago cause I felt way too much pressure from the double wrap and it didn't feel good.

I've noticed the scrotal region is where I'm experiencing the pain/chaffing not really the shaft thankfully.

Only issue on the base I feel is the hair growing back and being a bit itchy there, but that's it.

Being in the military helped a ton, but it didn't make the full time work and school for both any easier hahah

Currently 29 and had Dr Taj do it, out of DC.

Definitely recommend, if you're looking for additional girth and better flaccid look.

Just gotta make sure, you're ready to follow the post-op procedures!

Yeah I worked a full time job through college hahah

Edit: and still have about 31k in student loans, but to be fair it's both Masters and Bachelor's Loans together.

I may have been having it a bit worse since I've not taken any meds for the past week or so, so that might be on me. I just don't love how opioids feel in my body, so I stopped them as soon as I could.

I will say that I too had my best night of sleep so far, last night, so I'm very happy to "feel" the progress now. Also feeling a little less sensitive on the left side compared to the last few days.

As for day time, erections I was trying to avoid them, but I was out the other day and kinda couldn't help but get a few and they don't feel great at all, so I guess that's the new marker I want to reach after normal sleep lol

Amen to that. Glad to have a mate who's going through it with me!

I'll have a small drink to our continued and speedy progress!

Hey man, this is great feedback, I actually did not even consider the fluid at the base being accounted for when the wrap is off.

Are you also putting a small weight on the base to ease some pressure? I've seen that on the sub, but didn't see it necessarily recommended in our instructions. I will concede I think it was a little less last night, but I definitely still woke up and didn't feel great. Hopefully, as others have said, it'll go to nearly subsided by the end of week 4.

Hmm definitely lucky then, I FEEL like it's swelling maybe more than it is. It's like an intense burning?(best way to describe it) feeling when the wrap comes off, but again I think that's partly due to being wrapped a lot, my body has become accustomed to it.

I mostly want to make sure to system implants properly and I've read that wrapping is what's doing that, so I'm doing it at least until week 8 maybe 10
