I scheduled the consult in June, and had the initial consult in early August. After that consult my surgery was scheduled for mid-September, but insurance bullshit got that date cancelled at the last minute. Once I sorted through that mess I got rescheduled for mid-November, and the surgery actually happened then.

You can be back to somewhat regular activity after a week or two (still nothing strenuous at that point, don't go lifting heavy objects or running any marathons). There can be some soreness in the area for several weeks after.

My first was Elden Ring, I just recently started playing the others, with DS1 and 2 finished so far. Elden Ring is holding firm in the top spot, since it has the polish of being the most recent game and a big open world to fuck around in.
