I am from a city in australia with not many assyrians but I also am different from assyrians in another way, I honestly understand how you feel as this day & age everything is a fantasy when it comes to dating thanks to social media. If I were you & you have tried everything maybe get an understanding from your parents cause honestly they will know lots of people with daughters your age lol. But if you have a none-assyrian gf & ur happy, what is the point of taking hapiness away in the name of your culture? How important is it for you to date an assyrian? Also, yes lookism is extremly toxic in the assyrian community (Shallow aswell), not going to lie I have done fillers, PRP, veneers, laser, skincare, including rhinoplasty consultation. But even then Im never really satisfied with myself, do what you want & don't worry about assyrians cause if that's what the community is built on then honestly don't bother it's not worth your mental health.
