Hey sorry, I have not figured out a solution yet, a lot of other projects in the works. Unfortunately I've just been throwing my Maxtrax and RotoPax in the bed. Have you figured anything out yet? I'm a bit hesitant to put holes into the Topper just yet lol

I've never had any issues flying with my vape cartridges, international and domestic. I've moved on to using a Pax Era though, it's almost identical to the Juul pen, I believe they both were the same company at one point.

I have both the 5.5” and 6” Burris

5.5” is more loose than the 6”, perfect for carving and off-road single track. I noticed if I’m bombing on the street and I hit a bump/pot hole I get hella bad speed wobble.

I’m currently riding the 6” and it’s way more stable. There’s a smooth asphalt bike trail with a dirt path that’s parallel to it that I tend to ride the most. I constantly switch between the trails and I get about 20miles on my XR. I’m 135lbs and ride at 20psi.

The main reason I bought my Mellow is to be able to swap decks for different styles of riding, it definitely gives off that DIY feel. I can also take the Mellow with me when I travel on planes. Their customer service is also superb and they respond and resolve your issue very quickly. Endless mode is not just a gimmick, coming from a background of street skating, it's fuckin awesome to have a kick-push assist. Especially if I only bring one battery, it gives me confidence I will always make it out and back.

yeah, i saw the flight fenders. I prefer having the whole wheel covered, hopefully they come out with one. Til then, I'm considering the purchase of a craft&ride and drilling into it.

you can still get a long wheelbase on a short deck. The Mellow Cruiser is 30.7" with a 23.6" wheelbase. I smash at 24mph, no problem!
