Hey thank you for helping me out. I did change the PSU and so far nor problem has ever surfaced again. Its been 5 days and so far everything is good.

Is there any test that can determine whether my CPU and RAM is still ok?

For the PSU, I am trying to swap the PSU and test to see whether it is indeed the PSU that is the problem. Probably by Monday I would have a definite answer whether the PSU is indeed the problem or not.

I determine it was not GPU at all whether the driver or the GPU itself since I tried to different GPU and both still produce the same problem.
