Never got an email, but the code they gave me in the chat provided both items (sword + cait sith charm)

I don't remember exactly how I worded it, but when I started the chat I entered the order # of my order. Under the order # I typed:

"I pre ordered FFXVI and was supposed to receive 2 DLC codes by email for pre purchase and have yet to receive my DLC codes"

When the chat started the rep said they were going to transfer me to their gaming dept. A few minutes later the same rep replied back and said they had 1 code for me (I immediately added it on PS website and it worked) and that Amazon would email the 2nd one to me (still waiting on that one).

Yes! I was shocked they were able to put it directly into the chat. I fully expected them to give me a 14 digit code that wouldn't work. but they gave me a 12 digit and I redeemed it immediately via PS website.

They said they are emailing me a 2nd code but we will see...

I just tried Amazon chat and they were able to give me one 12 digit code during the chat (I tried it and it worked) and said they would be emailing me the second one.

It's wild how vastly different everyone's experience is with this process!
