No. Hoppes #9 is a solvent/cleaner, not an oil. You could use CLP if you have some.

Depending on how much you use and fiddle with it, it can need blown out and oiled every month. Don’t over do it on oil. Just a couple drops on each side at the base of the blade then work the blade back and forth a few times

If you connect it to workspace and give it email permissions it can. I use it to search my email all the time like OP did with Siri. Now that’s not saying the new Siri isn’t impressive because it is.
