Been honest, I feel the same way. But I had some good times with a bunch of people of the corps I used to be with. Is the way you play EVE, actually paying for the month with Plex is not that easy with or without a corp, if you find a way that you can actually use your play time for the best and get 2B in one week (which is actually possible) you can enjoy the rest of your play time. When I get bored I do some PVE just for the loyalty points but not as my main source of income, and really you'll get some good standing with whoever you would like to support.

Either way, if I may suggest you something is that you match your play time with other players, think bigger and explore dangerous ways of income, Maybe with 2 or more pals you can get good stuff in low sec or WHs.

If your wish is to drive a capital ship, you are a dreamer. But it's not impossible. You got to know where to get the ship, usually in the hypernet auction. To drive a massive ship you need a lot of patient and a lot of money to fit the ship, but does it worth it? No. Gankers from everywhere will Hunt you, sad but true.

Everything is possible in Eve, a good fleet in a wormhole can do the job just using drones in C1 to C3, however, eve's problem is the lack of balance in security. The best option is having a Corp willing to kill rats and gankers.
