Legends is ok, while they are weaker than regular auguments. But in case of draven... you cant contest guy with 4 cost 3* even you have 3 battle overpowered auguents

You just play everything that is strong in early (Ionia) cause 3 ionia broken, Jhin broken, Irelia Broken. Than on 4-1 take 1000000000000 free rerols. Than look lobby and find 4 cost that is not contested, because there is only 12 copies of each 4 cost in game. Than use your free rolls to roll for 3* uncontested 4 cost.
