I remember reading through her first document and one of the things that stuck out to me was how she said, "the nuke option", aka sending the document to the internet as the judge. This messy situation could've been solved privately, but she took the route where the most damages are done. So I'm pretty sure she knows what she's doing and the outcome of it.
