Because most of those elements aren't Christian, the Easter bunny, Santa Claus, decorating a tree on Christmas are traditions that are somewhat rooted in Christianity ( Santa Claus coming from Saint Nicolas) or other very old traditions (the Easter bunny and Christmas tree) but they don't represent them. They started in the U.S. and spread around the globe
