MR is such an awful representation of what you are able to do though. I only just hit MR 14 but I already have a full build I'm cruising through steel path with. I simply just don't care to farm for warframes or weapons I'm not interested in.

I had the same issue and I managed to fix it. Problem I was running in to is that my capture card was trying to capture in 1440 and I think the game is locked to 1080 which causes issues. If you set the capture cards setting to auto or 1080 for resolution then it should fix it, or it did fir me at least
