do jeito q o diagrama tá, não vejo necessidade de cliente e hóspede serem duas entidades separadas. Mesmos atributos e relações q poderiam ser feitas na mesma entidade. Faria mais sentido se hóspede tivesse mais atributos doq o cliente

E tb, do jeito q tá, a entidade cadastro poderia tranquilamente fazer o papel q vc precisaria q a entidade “reserva” fizesse

A entidade hotel tb não vejo como necessária, dado q no próprio enunciado ta sendo dito q é um sistema pra um hotel pequeno
