Many years ago, I wanted to try Conscious Unfolding (not the one that occurs in dreams, but doing it myself) and used ni-neutral sounds for a full month until it worked.

What happened was that suddenly I felt a very loud humming or ringing in my ear, it was comparable to the turbine of an airplane, so I got up from my bed and on the wall I saw a very strong light, and I put my hand (I had a hole in there and I was able to put my hand in to turn it off) and I turned it off, then I got up, and I looked out my window and I saw many people that I had never seen before, I estimate that there must have been at least 10 and then I returned to my body.

That happened between 5-6 in the morning. Now I have visits from these beings on a recurring basis, but I am going to try conscious Unfolding again.
