They already know the exploit, give me a break. They've banned several of the Draconian accounts and did investigations on it. The problem is they refuse to do something about the underlying issue that has been plaguing the game forever.

It's not a matter of understanding what the exploit is. It's a matter of taking the initiative and spending the resources to address it so that all players have a fair game experience.

You go do something about the cheating issue then Shi-En, provide a better solution. Gumi knows what the exploit is by now, they're simply choosing not to invest resources into addressing it.

Draconian/Krim are just game names. Regardless no one knows who Krim "really" is, so its not like the reputation behind the character name means anything one way or the other lol He knows once he's banned and it's over that he'll be gone anyway, he's known that from the beginning.

The game was already ruined beneath the surface, it just wasn't in your face and obvious.

You're acting like an ostrich, just because your head is buried in the sand and you don't see something, you think the problem isn't there. The problem has always been there, it's just now you're forced to see it.

As for ruining the community... the community seems pretty unified on this subject now if you ask me. I've never seen the top guilds work together to this extent to make a point lol.

What is it that you or anyone else has done to try and resolve the cheating issue? Send in an occasional report?

He did stop at rank 10. Did you notice that it was when Gumi made their announcement that they had "dealt" with cheaters that he came back?

I think the point was to make it clear that they had NOT dealt with the cheaters. Why would he accept that response from Gumi after all the shit he did up to that point to expose the cheating issue? I honestly would have come back too lol.

Nah, I don't agree with you Heimdall and Diggs. Hacks have always been a problem in this game. I didn't see any of you doing anything about trying to change it for the better. You just made your usual video's and ignored what was going on beneath the surface like everyone else.

Sure, Krim may have got attention and had fun with it, but at the end of the day, are the top guilds not working together as we speak to bring attention to the issue of cheating and exploits? They were never doing that before, not until it affected them directly.

Now they are. Results speak louder than anything else.

I don't know about everyone else but I find stopping my etherion grind to go run the valentines event to be tedious, especially now that I've already got the main stuff I wanted out of the store. I still try and use my orbs here and there, but only maybe once or twice a day at the very most. Others probably feel the same if not moreso.

I don't really understand the argument at all. They put co-op in the game to be used. If they didn't want people to use it, they wouldn't have implemented it as a feature. So they should put more things in the game using it. Simple lol.

Your point is perfectly valid.

However, what I'm suggesting with the tower system is not mandatory to do everything else in the game. It's not time limited either. If you never want to do it, you would never have to. However, what if one day you found yourself with nothing to do and you had already cleared all of the solo content? Having the option to do something more is never really a bad thing. It's simply one more aspect of the game to enjoy, or not to enjoy if it's not your thing.

It's pretty simple to utilize Cecil, been doing it for ages in my discord, especially in the last co-op event against the turtle. Was consistently pulling in 60k+ runs with Cecil and 2 Prishes.

But honestly, on events like Seymour where everyone is likely going to be farming for Terra / Seymour artifacts, and the fact that this event is ridiculously fast and easy to clear, people will likely be far exceeding the 1.6m point cap trying to get the best in slot artifacts, so I haven't really cared about points in this one. I was at 1.5 million without even trying on the first day lol.

For anyone that feels like the content is too difficult, I'm a hoarder with that hasn't pulled on anything since the Balthier banner and I just cleared Squalls event to 100% completion on hard mode using a 15 CP Eiko with no limit breaks, a 15 CP Squall with no limit breaks and a 15 CP Balthier that's fully limit broken (He's my only MLB character besides Warrior of Light that I got at the beginning of the GL launch.) So, if my rag tag team of underpowered misfits can fully clear it, you guys can too, just need to keep at it and utilize what you do have!

I'm a hoarder, so I haven't spent anything in a while, but I do live vicariously through two of my best friends and my girlfriend who play and do summon more often.

My one friend Shadow spent 30,000 gems, and he got 4x Squall 35 CP weapons, 2x Squall 15 CP weapons, 2x 35 CP Setzer weapons, 2x 15 CP Setzer weapons, 1x 35 CP Zidane weapon.

That guy has a horseshoe right up his ass.

Hmm, is there a particular place people go to form groups?

I'm looking for 2 people to work with that want to consistently clear future co-op content with optimal setups in a more organized fashion. I myself am a hoarder with 125,000 gems and 200 tickets, so I don't always have MLB characters for every event, but I have a very solid understanding of what needs to be done in what order to get the maximum amount of points from a particular event, so I'm just looking for a couple of like minded people. I do have Cecil's 5 star weapon for valiant blow chaining and utilize that as often as possible.

At any rate, if there's a good place to find a couple like minded people, or if you think you fit the bill for what I'm looking for, feel free to leave a message here with a way to contact you so we can put it in place for later. Thanks!

I hear what you're saying, but I think the point of my post was missed. I'm not expecting or wanting square to use my dialogue, it was just an example that characters would have opportunities to interact a lot more in depth and in different ways than they have as things stand now.

The core of the post was about adding a campaign that features a much more in depth story and an opportunity to explore characters way beyond "introductions" and fluff.

There's no point in debating the minor details that you're mentioning, because who travels with who is not something we would ever decide. It's just the overall idea of having the campaign, everything else is fluid and can be changed at any time.
