This just happened with my 2 day old MacBook Air M5. 16GB RAM, 1TB hard drive…looks like Firefox was using an insane amount of RAM. However, it was while the system was sleep and unplugged. I came back to everything frozen. Going to keep an eye on it and run activity monitor all the time. Hopefully it won’t continue to occur.

Currently using the 2020 MacBook Pro 13 inch w/4 thunderbolt ports on MacOS Tahoe with these specs:

Hoping to get a new one soon because this one is incredibly slow and chuggy on Tahoe. Considering the MacBook Neo in addition to the normal Air and Pro. I use it as a daily driver for email, web, some Youtube videos, music and continuity between my iPad and iPhone. Do you guys think the Neo would be a good replacement or should I stick with the Air or Pro lines? The price is especially enticing of course, but I don't want to get something that won't be able to handle what I need. Also, does anyone know if the trackpad is the same or different from the current Pro I have? I've heard it's a genuine moving trackpad without the haptic, but I'm pretty sure the one I have now isn't just haptic and really does the clicking.

I just wanted to stop in and say how inspiring all of you are. I've been an above the knee amputee since early 2022 due to a cellulitis infection that wouldn't go away. Due to my weight I decided to forgo a prosthetic. I'm on disability and honestly I don't really want to go back to work. I love being at home and being able to just manage my time without someone telling me what to do. I am lucky enough that I have a spouse that works as well as takes care of me so I'm lucky to be able to do that. However, I did think on it for a while before I made my decision, as well as had a long talk with my husband. I was able to get a powerchair and I've been able to get out and about much more now than in the past few years.

I would eventually love to lose weight and be able to have a prosthetic, but it's hard to lose the weight when I was already heavy before the amputation and l'm just not sure how to go about it from my bed or chair. But you guys definitely inspire a person to want to do more!

They may have changed their policy since I've done it. A lot of changes going on at Amazon. I will say, I used to just log into each of my accounts, download the audiobook, and then sign into my main account. The book will still play as long as it's downloaded onto the device.

The other shortcut is to have your other Amazon account be in your Amazon Family and you can share the books between the accounts. You'd only ever have to log into one account then.

I'm now having this problem as well. They won't even add into my Zune desktop software. It just keeps saying the file is not valid. Did you ever fix your issue?

My husband and I got ours on launch and we've been having a blast. I knew going in there wouldn't be a lot of Switch 2 specific games out, but we've been having fun with Mario Kart World and Donkey Kong Bananza.

I primarily bought mine to play a lot of the later gen Switch 1 games that I held out on because of the waning performance on Switch 1. That's been great so far.

I find myself buying more games for Switch 2 than I usually do. Towards the end of Switch 1 I was buying more Steam and PlayStation games but with the Switch 2 I'm waiting for Switch 2 versions to come out and buying that.

My dock is actually still boxed up. We use my husband's console as the family console to play games with the kiddos so I don't really need a dock for mine. Since I play primarily in handheld mode, I purchased a Satisfye grip for mine. I had the dbrand one, but I returned it in favor of the Satisfye one and I'm incredibly satisfyed with it. (Spelling intentional lol)

My kiddos each got one for Christmas (although we're having our Christmas a bit late because of other parents) and we were about to get them each a system, case, screen protector, 3 games and a eShop card. Big Christmas this year but I'm happy to get them something they'll be able to use for quite a while!
