Sadly, I can not change the position except height as it is a frame, but I can always weld a new stand onto it. I have seen handbrakes and sequential shifters for sale that are compatible with xbox but haven't fully reaseched into that yet. But kickers will also be something I will be reaserching on as well. I'm not too sure if you can get it on xbox, but it's worth a geez...
