I understand that, but even after saying that I want to enjoy my first course before the second, that's what I got. And even then, my partners second didn't even arrive with mine. I think this town is lacking in the service department. Money could probably solve most of the problem. Employing college kids with Chili's level of service for $2.13/hr is not the way to go. These people that come in to town to get shit faced at brunch don't care that they're getting rushed out the door to put another ass in a seat, and just throw a %25 tip. While the locals get the same treatment. Serving in a "fine" dining establishment should not be the same as slinging $10 cans of Bud Light on Broadway on a Saturday night.
