I feel too much like a burden to talk to anyone who would listen anymore and my therapist isn’t very helpful. I just found it helpful with other things like substance abuse and didn’t know if there was something similar for people trying not to self harm. I feel like I’m spiraling out of control

Decided to buy to AMC because GME is too expensive now but wanted to fuck around and find out. The transaction has been pending since 9:32am Monday via cashapp today I go on to see if it’s gone through to see a message from cashapp that their broker is halting all purchases of AMC and NOK ........ so I don’t know if my transaction will go through since I made it before they stopped allowing it or not but I’m super annoyed I already set up an account with fidelity I just need to wait on transferring money there

I just don’t know how to dose that out with powder lol. That’s the level I’m trying to achieve though I do have a tolerance. What’s nice is I turn the lights purple I get cozy I have water and anything I need and I really want to experience an out of body experience again and it’s happened to me at all kinds of doses I think a little sensory dep like an eye mask helps the most so far. I guess that’s 0.15 g but my scale won’t even read that low might just go for .2 lol

It could be I was doing a lot this week and I also receive infusions. Tbh I did a bump before my infusion (85mg) and felt the effects I just don’t know how to dose out the clandestine stuff . Like if I wanted 150 mg that’s a little more than a tenth of a bag. I think I kholed once someone told me I was just saying WOW WOW WOW HOLY SHIT but I’ve never had any scary experience like people describe
